Senior earns prize for performance on physics exam
In July, senior Sylvia Chen was awarded with the Citadel and Citadel Securities Certificate of Excellence for her performance on the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT) USA Physics Olympiad Exam. As one of they highest scoring young women who took the exam, Chen was awarded with a $2,500 cash prize. AAPT also noted Chen’s high marks on their F=ma exam.
