Two Harker performing ensembles helped “light up” Santana Row at the “Light Up the Row” event on Nov. 17 from 6-6:30 p.m. Downbeat and Dance Fusion appeared at the eighth annual lighting of the 40-foot tree, decorated with half a million lights.
